We exist to ensure every girl and woman — regardless of her background, income, or passport — has safe, reliable access to the menstrual products she needs.
Supporting Flow isn't a purchase, it's an investment in equity. Each product you buy directly funds a donated product that lands in the hands of someone who would otherwise go without.
The story of Flow begins with Passionate — a young woman who could not afford the pads she needed, and who refused to let that define her future. Her experience is the story of over 500 million women worldwide. We are her — and we are you.
From schools in Nairobi to villages in rural Colombia, our programs pair product distribution with in-person menstrual education run by local women. Change is built with, not for, the communities we serve.
